We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, and delivering top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles across departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success in the organization.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring the availability of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, making recommendations for process improvements.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters or HR assistants, supporting their professional development.
Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws, company policies, and best practices during the recruitment process.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image in the talent market.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of IT recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role.
Proven track record of successfully IT recruiting for a wide range of positions, including mid-level to senior roles.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview strategies, and hiring best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and HRIS tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates at all levels.
