Key Roles:
Marketing & Relationship Management
1.Build and develop a portfolio of clients, in terms of clients number, clients liabilities held by the
bank and revenues according to Enterprise & Government relations business plan & budget.
2.Scan the market for potential clients and arrange meetings with governmental and public sector (including their subsidiaries) clients to approach, promote and market bank's products & services, ensuring a superior communication and understanding to maximize profitability.
3.Market all relevant Arab bank, consumer, treasury, and digital & GTB Products to address the clients; financial needs and identify potential business/ deals for the bank in managed sectors to grow market share, fully secured loans booking rate & bottom-line profitability.
4.Maintain sustainable relationships with governmental/public sector clients as well as introducing new initiatives to enhance Arab bank market presence and ensure the growth of client base, market base, overall profitability, and promote bundled services.
5.Assist Unit Head in market coverage including industry trends, structure, analysis to explore the potential business impact of newly initiated relationships with governmental and public sector
clients.
6.Improve the penetration rates of other LOBs through cross selling bank's products & services to Governmental institutions and public sector clients. Business Planning Implementation
7.Execute the set marketing strategy with key existing and new to bank (NTB) governmental and
public sector clients in order to ensure the attraction of new strategic accounts and maintain a prolong and successful relationship with the existing clients.
8.Monitor and prepare updated reports for the respective sectors/industries performance to be reviewed by the Unit head to compare achievements with the set targets and plan. (for Senior RM only) Portfolio Management.
9.Coordinate effectively with support units to ensure that customers requests are processed in a timely and efficiently manner.
10.Monitor the performance of respective customer to measure achievement against the set marketing
plan and annual budget.
11.Prepare all reports for managed portfolio to ensure the maximization of liability position and facility utilization rates in order to maximize Arab bank's profitability.
12.Ensure customers' complaints and enquiries are professionally handled as well as striving for achieving the best-in-class service & financial solutions. Policies, Processes and Procedures
13. Implement approved department policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
day to day Management
14.Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs to ensure continuity of work Compliance
15.Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal Arab bank policies and code of conduct in order to maintain AB s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks

Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree of Economics, Finance or any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum :10 -12 years of experience in banking including at least 4 years in sales and relationship management for Senior RM.
  • Minimum: 9 years of banking experience for Relationship management including at least 3 years of sales experience Sales background and proven achievements Capable of effectively handling up to 50 relationships with average total portfolio of USD 1 bn Credit Certified/Sales Management Certificates is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent command of English language beside Arabic, third language is a plus.
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications.
  • Self driven, results oriented.
  • Accept and adapt to change.
  • Qualitative and quantitative Analytical skills.
  • Negotiation decision making skills.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Excellent strategic relationship management capabilities.
