Senior Management Controller

• Manage financial control and monitor financial performance. 
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts and periodic reports.
• Analyze the discrepancies (actual vs. budget) and propose corrective actions.
• Implement and improve management tools (dashboards, KPIs).
• Supporting operational management in decision-making.
• Participate in the optimization of costs and processes.
• To ensure the reliability of financial data and compliance with internal procedures.

• Education: Bac+4 / Bac+5 in finance, accounting, auditing or management control.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of successful experience in management control, preferably in an industrial environment, structured group or multi-subsidiary.

Comp tences techniques :

• In-depth mastery of budgetary control and financial reporting.
• Solid knowledge of general and analytical accounting.
• Ability to analyze costs, margins and profitability.
• Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Mastering SAP.
• Good understanding of financial and operational processes.

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
