1. Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning across shifts.
- Ensure adherence to QSR operational standards, SOPs, hygiene & safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, order accuracy, and TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Manage inventory planning, stock levels, and wastage control.
2. Sales & Business Performance
- Drive store sales, profitability, and customer footfall.
- Monitor P&L and implement cost-control measures.
- Execute promotional activities, upselling strategies, and local marketing initiatives.
3. Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors, crew members, and support staff.
- Conduct regular team training on service, food quality, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Ensure manpower planning, scheduling, and minimum staffing based on business needs.
4. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and repeat business.
5. Compliance & Audit Readiness
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety norms, and internal company policies.
- Maintain store audit readiness hygiene, firefighting, FSSAI/food safety standards, and documentation.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and sales reports.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Regional Operations teams.

Role Overview
The Senior Manager QSR will be responsible for leading end-to-end store operations, ensuring operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue and profitability. The role demands strong leadership, hands-on store management, and the ability to manage high-volume QSR environments./p>
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred).
- 812 years of experience in QSR / Food Retail industry.
- Gulf/Middle East experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced store environments.
- Knowledge of P&L, inventory management, audits, and customer service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as per business requirement.
