Main role: ges ACP Solution's image in the highly technical food ingredients sector, specializing in stabilization systems. He structures the overall marketing strategy, develops targeted communication tools, and organizes the company's presence at key events to strengthen its position as a leading player in the MENA region and internationally.

Strategic positioning & enhancement of technical expertise
To define and implement a B2B-oriented marketing strategy adapted to the market for food stabilizers and technological solutions for dairy products, ice cream, sauces, etc.
- To build a highly professional and innovative brand image, on par with major international groups.
- Working in collaboration with the R&D and technical sales teams to enhance the technological functionalities of the stabilizer ranges (rhology, texture, stability, etc.).
- Participate in the development and design of technical brochures, product sheets, customer presentations, catalogues, with a high-end positioning.
Scientific and visual communication
Translating complex technical data (functionalities, formulations, parameters) into clear, impactful and accessible marketing materials for industrial clients.
- Supervise the creation of visual content: technology diagrams, infographics, process videos, product catalogs, trilingual documents (FR/EN/AR).
- Ensure brand image consistency across all media (print, digital, trade show booths, packaging).
Organization of events and international presence
- Organize and coordinate the company's participation in trade fairs, highlighting the company's technical solutions (e.g., Djazagro, national production fair, regional agri-food fair, Africa fair, Gulfood).
- Design and lead technical seminars for clients (yogurt, cheese, ice cream manufacturers, etc.) with professional materials and demonstrations.
- Develop high value-added corporate events (technical days, training courses, webinars).
Digital development and expert image
- Manage the company's digital presence (website, professional networks such as LinkedIn).
- Implement targeted lead generation actions for food industry professionals.
- To develop scientific communication campaigns to position ACP Solution as a technological leader in food stabilizers.
Formation :
- Bac+5 in Agri-food Marketing, Food Science, Process Engineering or equivalent.
Exp rience :
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing in food ingredients, technological additives or stabilizing systems (texturizers, emulsifiers, hydrocolloids, etc.).
- A good knowledge of industrial applications (yogurts, ice creams, cheeses, sauces, vegetable products, etc.) is essential.
- Technical & sector-specific skills:
- Very good understanding of the functional and technological issues of food formulations.
- Ability to work closely with R&D experts, technologists, nutritionists.
- Knowledge of communication standards in the B2B agri-food sector (Danisco, Palsgaard, Cargill approach, etc).
