Position: Senior Marketing Manager

Description:
We re excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to join Step by Step Nursery & Kids Academy!

Location: Dubai, UAE with frequent travel to Abu Dhabi
Full-Time | Leadership Position

If you re a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketing professional who can elevate brand presence and lead impactful campaigns, this role is crafted for you!

What You ll Lead & Manage:
Develop and implement a strong, multi-branch marketing strategy that drives growth.
Create engaging brand-building initiatives through social media, storytelling, and content marketing.
Manage parent engagement programs and organize high-profile events that support enrollment targets.
Direct PR activities, including press releases and media partnerships, to strengthen brand visibility.
Track and evaluate marketing performance metrics to maximize effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all locations.
Travel regularly to Abu Dhabi to supervise marketing activities across campuses.

What You Bring:
Over 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the education or service industry.
Strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
Skilled in social media management, SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Creative thinker with experience using Canva or similar design tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
Willingness to travel frequently between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
