The Senior Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels in line with company objectives.
• Support brand management activities to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, communications) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, website content, and paid campaigns.
• Manage/co-manage the admin execution team.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners as required.
• Asist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking marketing expenditure.
• Support events, product launches, and corporate marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 6 years of proven experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar role within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common marketing software/tools.
