الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Promote and sell strong>Pescado Pharmaceuticals Company s/strong> products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.

Organize and conduct product presentations, workshops, and educational seminars for healthcare providers.

Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer needs to management.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in the promotion and sale of pharmaceutical products.

Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance product knowledge and professional relationships.

Continuously update knowledge of company products, industry developments, and best practices in pharmaceutical sales.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary , Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related medical field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.

Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage a field-based role.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools.

Valid driver s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
