Job Description
  • The Senior Multimedia Designer position is located within the Marketing/Communication/Design department. This role is essential for ensuring the design and production of innovative and consistent visual and multimedia content that aligns with the company's identity. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating graphic and interactive materials for various channels (print, digital, video, motion design), overseeing creative projects, and collaborating closely with the marketing, product, and communication teams to guarantee visual impact and content consistency.
Main responsibilities
  • Design and produce graphic and multimedia content for digital and print media.
  • Ensure consistency in the company's graphic charter and visual identity.
  • Participate in defining creative concepts and propose innovative ideas.
  • Manage and monitor projects from design to delivery while respecting deadlines and budgets.
  • Monitor graphic, digital and multimedia trends.
  • Mentoring and advising junior or freelance designers, if necessary.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product and communications teams to integrate content into campaigns and materials.
  • Optimize deliverables for different formats and media (web, mobile, social media, print).

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Qualifications
  • Higher education in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or equivalent field.
  • Significant experience (5-8 years) in a similar position.
  • Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and UX/UI design tools.
  • Ability to produce creative, attractive and innovative content.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skills: ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments.
  • Mastery of French and ideally of English.
