Senior Non-Production Buyer

Reporting to the Director of Indirect Purchasing, the buyer works in collaboration with the domain buyers in France to ensure the proper application and achievement of the objectives of the Purchasing process.

ATTRIBUTIONS :

• Supporting and challenging specifiers in the development of their specifications and assisting them in their purchasing projects, while respecting their budget and scheduling constraints.
• Manage tenders, negotiate and contract in order to optimize ownership costs and secure purchases
• Facilitating and managing supplier panels: sourcing, selection, dispute resolution, and support in their low-carbon approach
• Ensure reporting of purchasing activities and economic results
• Drafting purchase contracts in collaboration with the Legal Department
• Ensure the processing of orders and supplier disputes
• Contribute to the development of internal and external improvement plans aimed at increasing efficiency, generating added value and identifying productivity opportunities for the Group

ACTIVITY AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:

• Develop dashboards for monitoring indicators of one's own activities or the department's activities in coordination with one's superiors.
• To provide proposals for corrective actions and ideas for improvement, in order to optimize existing processes and tools within the company.
