Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling:
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules using advanced planning tools.
  • Define project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths to ensure timely execution.
• Resource Management:

  • Monitor resource utilization and suggest adjustments to optimize efficiency.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify potential delays and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Risk Management:
  • Assess project risks related to scheduling and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure contingency plans are in place for potential schedule disruptions.
• Collaboration with Project Teams:
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align planning activities with project goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication to ensure schedule compliance.
• Cost and Schedule Integration:
  • Integrate cost and scheduling data to provide accurate project forecasts.
  • Support budget management by aligning schedules with financial plans.
• Tender and Contract Support:
  • Prepare schedules and timelines for tender submissions.
  • Review contractor schedules to ensure feasibility and compliance with project requirements.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Maintain high standards in scheduling practices and documentation.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure schedule accuracy and reliability.
• Technology Utilization:
  • Utilize advanced planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to manage schedules.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools and techniques to enhance planning processes.
