الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Develop detailed baseline MEP programme including engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover phases

  • Prepare tender technical submissions including methodology, narratives, manpower histograms, and deliverable schedules

  • Establish execution strategy presentations for client meetings

  • Monitor project progress vs plan and highlight risks, delays, and constraints

  • Perform delay analysis and support EOT / claims preparation

  • Maintain constraint register and risk reporting

  • Coordinate with project, commercial, procurement, and site teams

  • Track long-lead materials and procurement schedules

  • Conduct probabilistic schedule analysis and forecasting

  • Analyse productivity and performance metrics

  • Support cost vs allowable (CVA) and project reporting requirements

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Experience

  • 6–12 years total experience with minimum 5+ years in MEP planning

  • Experience with MEP contractor or main contractor required

  • Experience in tender planning and execution planning

  • Experience supporting claims / EOT / delay analysis preferred

  • GCC project experience preferred


Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6

  • Knowledge of baseline scheduling, resource loading, and progress monitoring

  • Understanding of construction sequencing and MEP installation methodology

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills

  • Advanced Excel skills


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering


Preferred Skills

  • Power BI / Navisworks / Revit / Bluebeam (advantage)

  • Client presentation experience

  • Risk analysis and forecasting exposure

  • Strong coordination and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset

  • Team collaboration and stakeholder management


Only candidates with MEP planning experience using Primavera P6 will be considered.
