Within the framework of project management and governance, the PMO intervenes in support of project managers and business teams in order to guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, quality and project management processes.

Main missions

  • Establish and maintain project management tools (planning, budget, indicators, reporting)

  • Monitor project progress (workload, deadlines, risks, dependencies)

  • Consolidate and produce project and portfolio reports (committees, dashboards)

  • Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and standards (Agile, V-model, hybrid)

  • Identify risks and alerts , propose action plans

  • Supporting project managers in the organization and operational monitoring

  • Prepare and lead steering committees (COPIL, COPROJ)

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Desired profile

  • Bac +4/5 (engineering school, business school, university)
  • Experience: 5+ years as a PMO
  • A certification is a plus: PMP, Prince2, Scrum, PMI

Technical skills

  • Good mastery of project management methodologies
  • My proficiency with the following tools: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project / Jira / Confluence / Smartsheet
  • Ability to produce dashboards and KPIs
  • Knowledge of banking/insurance environments

Behavioral skills

  • Rigour and organizational skills
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Collaborative spirit and results-oriented
  • Proactivity and priority management

LANGUAGES

  • French: current
  • English: professional (preferred)
