Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end design process for the business unit s products (both B2B and B2C), including problem discovery, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and final delivery. Set the standard for design excellence within the team.
• User-Centered Design: Champion consumer needs and advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the product development process. Create compelling and effective design solutions that address both user pain points and business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to deliver top-quality products. Lead cross-functional design activities, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking.
• Problem-Solving: Identify key user problems and opportunities, using research and data to inform design decisions. Develop and iterate on solutions that elevate the overall user experience of B2C and B2B products.
• Design Strategy: Contribute to the design strategy for the business unit product suite, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across web and mobile platforms. Partner with other design teams to align on a unified design vision for all products.
• Iteration & Testing: Lead design iterations based on user feedback and data, testing prototypes to refine and validate design solutions. Ensure designs are optimized for both usability and visual appeal.

Key Qualifications/Skills

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in product design, user experience, or a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital products in a fast-paced environment.
• Design Expertise: Strong expertise in product discovery, user experience design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. Experience in using data and research to drive design decisions.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about design s role in achieving business goals and user needs. Experience in contributing to and executing design strategies within a product team.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills with a talent for building relationships and working effectively within cross-functional teams. Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders.
• Mentorship: Experience in mentoring and guiding other designers, with a passion for helping team members grow their skills and careers.
• Execution: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to independently lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for the nuances that make designs polished and impactful, with a passion for building intuitive and visually stunning products.
