Senior Project Manager Glovo

Glovo Morocco has reached a scale and complexity where the execution rhythm, project coordination, and strategic alignment require a dedicated Senior Project Manager.

This role is a leadership multiplier, designed to:

• Restore structure, discipline, and analytical depth to the execution machine.
• Own transversal coordination across all verticals (Ops, Commercial, Finance, Legal, PR/GA, Q-Commerce).
• Free up GM & Head of Finance bandwidth by absorbing cross-functional projects, follow-ups, and synthesis work.
• Drive performance tracking, strategic alignment, and high-quality deliverables.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong program & project management skills: planning, coordination, tracking, escalation.
• Strong analytics & structured thinking: ability to challenge, pressure-test, and synthesize.
• Excellent communication and executive writing.
• Full mastery of Excel/Sheets + business dashboards + PM tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential and high-stakes multi-stakeholder topics.
• Fluency in English, French, Arabic.

Experience

• +5 years in consulting, PMO, strategy, transformation, business operations, or similar roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder strategic projects
• Experience in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.

Nice to haves

• Previous experience in a technological platform or similar tech company
• Public speaking and presentation skills
