Senior Project Manager / Site Director Opportunity PLAN ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Site Director to independently lead and control site execution for high-profile projects. This role is tailored for seasoned professionals who have held senior decision-making positions within the GCC and are accustomed to full accountability for project delivery. • Serve as the sole senior authority on site, with direct reporting to company leadership. • Exercise full control over site execution, sequencing, and coordination for major projects. • Assume complete ownership of formal documentation, professional correspondence, reporting, and follow-ups. • Directly manage consultants, contractors, and key subcontractors. • Lead site teams, delegating responsibilities clearly and enforcing high standards. • Review, direct, and approve shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, mock-ups, and samples. • Chair and control site and coordination meetings to ensure decisive outcomes. • Enforce quality benchmarks, design intent, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. • Proactively identify and resolve technical, coordination, and program-related issues.
