الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Supervise daily QC operations across the corrugated carton production process (raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods).
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Develop, implement, and update quality control procedures, inspection plans, and sampling methods specific to corrugated carton manufacturing.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, identify non-conformances, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring quality issues and coordinate with production teams to implement solutions.
- Prepare and maintain QC documentation including inspection reports, calibration records, and compliance checklists.
- Train, mentor, and supervise QC inspectors to enhance technical competency and awareness of quality standards.
- Conduct internal audits and support external customer or certification audits.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw material quality standards (e.g., kraft liner, adhesives, inks) are met.
- Ensure customer requirements and specifications are consistently met in product quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing and QMS principles.
- Report quality performance, audit findings, and improvement initiatives to the QHSE Manager.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Certification in Quality Management / ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong background in corrugated carton or packaging manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of managing QC processes in line with ISO 9001 standards.
