Develop and implement detailed plans, programs, and projects aimed at enhancing the quality of outputs and services, establishing frameworks and metrics to ensure their presence and continuity, and following up on their implementation

• Participate in setting goals, initiatives, and operational plans that ensure the presence of high-quality standards and efficiency within the organization and its affiliated units, following up on the implementation of these plans, and ensuring accurate frameworks and metrics are in place to assess the achievement of these plans and goals
• Review and develop systems, standards, procedures, and models for quality control and assurance within the organization, manage the process of disseminating and generalizing them to organizational units, and follow up on their implementation through conducting quality audits and controls
• Supervise the preparation and compilation of summaries and general reports related to quality assurance work, presenting them to specialized senior management, informing them of various challenges and updates, and consulting with them on important future initiatives and issues
• Stay updated with the latest developments, practices, and methodologies in quality systems, and suggest updates to the quality systems and audits adopted in the organization

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering
• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of professional experience, including experience as a QA/QC Engineer for large projects
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Soft Skills: Clear communication, problem-solving, research skills, and the ability to explain complex policy concepts in a simplified manner
• Technical Skills: Mastery of a specialized area within the public sector, staying updated on the latest policy developments and regulations, and the ability to provide solutions to policy challenges

Certifications / Memberships:

• PMP from PMI (Preferred)
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead quality auditor
• Six Sigma from an accredited organization
• TQM from an accredited organization (Preferred)
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) (Preferred)
