Senior Roads, Rail & Infrastructure Design Engineer (BIM)

Bachelor s degree in civil engineering (master s degree is an advantage).

7 10 years of extensive experience in roads and infrastructure design.

Proven ability to lead roads and infrastructure design tasks and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D with strong working knowledge of InfraWorks.

Solid understanding and hands-on application of BIM for Infrastructure workflows, including:

• Model-based design coordination

• Development of data-rich models for design, quantity take-offs, and documentation

Proven experience in the preparation and review of:

• Detailed design packages

• Tender drawings and technical specifications

• Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost-related documents

• Technical reports and design submissions

Excellent knowledge of international roads design codes and standards.

Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior engineers, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining compliance with project and company standards.

Ability to manage complex infrastructure projects and deliver work under tight deadlines.

Experience in railway, metro, light rail, or BRT corridor projects.

Familiarity with rail-related standards and multidisciplinary coordination requirements.
