Director

The Consultant team day-to-day leadership will be managed by a dedicated Director who will also have at least 20 years of experience in the Power Sector (with a preference for experience in KSA, GCC) and should have a globally recognized MBA (or equivalent education & qualifications). Besides, he will have a proven track record of development and design of corporate strategies, KPI development and management of PMOs, financial planning, and Capital Portfolio, Programs and Projects management.

Program Manager

Portfolio to program level monitoring shall be delivered by Program Manager who will also have at least 15 years of experience in the Power Sector (with a preference for experience in KSA, GCC) and should have a globally recognized bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is preferred). Besides, Project Manager will have above 10 years of experience in project and program management, proven track record of successfully managing large and complex programs (preferably experience in the electrical utility industry or related sectors).

Project Manager

Project level monitoring and other workstream lead work shall be delivered by Project Manager who will also have at least 10 years of experience in the Power Sector (with a preference for experience in KSA, GCC) and should have a globally recognized bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Besides, Project Manager will have above 10 years of experience in project management, proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, KPI development and management of PMOs (preferably experience in the electrical utility industry or related sectors).

Senior Consultant / Consultant/ Engineers/Technology Consultant

The Consultant team will include Senior Consultants, Consultants, Associate consultants, Senior Engineers, Junior Engineers, Technology Senior Consultants and Technology Associate Consultants who will lead the development of the content of each workstream on the project. Each consultant will be dedicated to a workstream, and will have the right expertise (education, qualifications, and work experience) to deliver the workstream.

Regarding Engineering workstream Senior Engineers will provide technical expertise and ensure that projects engineering meet quality and performance standard as required (including conducting technical reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards) and Junior Engineers will execute various engineering scope tasks and activities under supervision of senior Engineers.

• The Senior Consultants will have a globally recognized Bachelor s degree (an MBA preferred) and at least 12 years of experience.
• The Consultants will have a globally recognized bachelor s degree (an MBA preferred) and at least 10 years of experience.
• The Associate Consultants will have a globally recognized bachelor s degree and at least 8 years of experience.
• The Senior Engineers will have a globally recognized relevant degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.), above 10 years of experience in engineering roles and Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferably experience in the electrical utility industry or related sectors).
• The Junior Engineers will have a globally recognized relevant degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.), above 5 years of experience in engineering roles (preferably experience in the electrical utility industry or related sectors).
• The Technology Senior Consultants will have a globally recognized bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in technology consulting or related roles (preferably with Relevant technology certifications (e.g., Agile, Cloud solutions, PMP)).
• The Technology Associate Consultants will have a globally recognized bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in technology consulting or related roles (preferably with Relevant technology certifications (e.g., Agile, Cloud solutions, PMP)).
