We are seeking a highly technical and consultative Senior Sales Engineer to act as the critical technical bridge between our advanced solutions and our clients' strategic business challenges. You will be responsible for architecting and proving the value of our RPA/AI and broader IT product portfolio throughout the sales cycle. This role demands a unique blend of deep technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex technology into compelling business outcomes for C-level executives, IT leaders, and operational heads.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client pain points, existing tech stacks, and strategic goals. Architect tailored, scalable solutions leveraging our RPA, AI, and IT product suites.
Pre-Sales Engineering Leadership: Own the technical validation phase of the sales cycle. Develop and deliver impactful proof-of-concepts (POCs), solution demonstrations, and technical presentations that address specific use cases and prove ROI.
Trusted Technical Advisor: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects, building credibility and trust. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to relay customer feedback, ensure solution feasibility, and support smooth handover for implementation.
Competitive Differentiation: Articulate clear and powerful technical differentiators against competitors. Develop and maintain competitive analysis materials and technical objection-handling strategies.
Content & Asset Development: Create high-quality technical content, including architecture diagrams, proposal documents, best practice guides, and demo scripts to accelerate the sales process.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Advanced technical certifications (e.g., in Cloud, AI/ML, RPA platforms) are a strong plus.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical role within enterprise software/IT.
-Proven, hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate) and/or AI/ML concepts and platforms (e.g., computer vision, NLP, predictive analytics).
-Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of the following: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs/integration, databases, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT infrastructure

Skills:
-Exceptional Presentation & Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
-Strong Problem-Solving & Analytical Mindset: Adept at quickly understanding business processes and designing technical solutions to automate or improve them.
-Commercial Aptitude: Understands the sales process, can build business cases, and articulate financial ROI and TCO.
-Self-Motivated & Collaborative: A proactive team player who can manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience scripting or developing within an RPA or low-code platform.
Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in key verticals such as Finance, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
Prior experience in a value-based or consultative selling environment.
