Senior Site Engineer (Civil or Arch.)

Supervise, plan, and monitor daily construction activities to ensure progress meets the project schedule.

Lead and coordinate subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers on site.

Review drawings and method statements, and ensure full compliance with quality and safety standards.

Prepare and submit daily reports, material requests, RFI requests, and progress updates.

Conduct site inspections with consultants and handle technical clarifications with the Technical Office.

Review and verify executed quantities for invoicing and cost control purposes.

Monitor material deliveries, site logistics, and resource allocation.

Identify and resolve site problems and propose technical solutions when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or Architecture.
• 2 5 years of site experience in construction or finishing projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, details, and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in different cities based on project needs.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
