Fourth Dimension Group is a subcontractor supporting major Oil & Gas projects in Qatar and UAE. Our scope includes mechanical and piping construction works such as fabrication, erection, hydrotesting, pre-commissioning, and site execution coordination with the main contractor.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Mechanical & Piping to supervise and manage site execution activities within our subcontract scope on major Oil & Gas projects. The candidate must have strong GCC experience in mechanical and piping construction works and demonstrate solid technical knowledge in fabrication, erection, testing, and pre-commissioning activities.

Project Scope

Mechanical and piping construction works for Oil & Gas projects, including fabrication, installation/erection, hydrotesting, pre-commissioning activities, and overall site execution supervision in coordination with the main contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical & piping construction activities at site

• Coordinate with main contractor, QA/QC, HSE, and client representatives

• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications

• Monitor piping fabrication, erection, welding, hydrotesting, and reinstatement

• Ensure compliance with PTW and HSE requirements

• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material allocation

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

• Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports

• Support mechanical completion and handover activities
