Job Summary:

• Develop and customize Epicor Kinetic ERP components using BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, UD Tables, REST APIs, and C# code.
  

• Design and develop SSRS reports, custom screens, and business logic extensions.
  

• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements.
  

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Epicor-related system issues in a timely manner.
  

• Support ERP upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  

• Participate in data migration, integration, and deployment activities.
  

• Create and maintain technical documentation for custom solutions and system configurations.
  

• Ensure all development aligns with best practices and system architecture.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 5 years of experience in Epicor ERP development, with a focus on Epicor Kinetic (preferably version 11 or later).
  

• Strong expertise in BPMs (Method/Condition), BAQs, Dashboards, User Interface Customizations, and SSRS.
  

• Hands-on experience with Epicor REST API and external integrations.
  

• Proficiency in C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  

• Good understanding of core business processes in ERP such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Inventory.
  

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Epicor certifications in development or functional areas.
  

• Experience with Epicor Cloud or SaaS environments.
  

• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
