Lead, train, and motivate a team of supervisors, cleaners, and support staff.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and service improvements.

Manage manpower planning, attendance, and shift allocations.

Handle client communication and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of cleaning materials and equipment.

Prepare reports on performance, incidents, and operational metrics.

Address complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
