Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O)

Location: Cairo , Egypt ( Travel up to 10% to Head Office)

Job Type: Hybrid/Remote

Role Summary:

We re hiring a Senior Technical Consultant to lead technical design, development, and integration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You ll work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions through customizations, integrations, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Technical Design & Development

• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture.

• Develop customizations using X++, C#, JavaScript, and extensions following Microsoft best practices.

2) Integration & Data Migration

• Design and implement integrations using OData, DMF, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs.

• Plan and execute data migration strategies ensuring accuracy and integrity.

3) Performance Optimization & Security

• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Implement security best practices and compliance standards. Ability to customize MPOS

4) Testing & Deployment

• Prepare technical test cases, support SIT/UAT, and manage defect resolution.

• Configure and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD and ALM.

5) Documentation & Governance

• Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and deployment guides.

• Ensure adherence to Microsoft guidelines and internal governance frameworks.

6) Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to ensure successful delivery.

Education :

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Experience :

• 7+ years in technical roles for Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O, including multiple full lifecycle projects.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server; hands-on experience with Azure services, Power Platform, and integration frameworks.

• Delivery: Proven track record in technical design, development, integrations, and performance optimization.

• Collaboration: Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Certifications :

• Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate (MB-500).

• Power Platform Developer Associate is a plus.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and ALM practices.

• Exposure to ISVs and industry-specific solutions.
