Within the Africa Tenders Unit, you are in charge of preparing all the necessary documentation to respond within the regional scope (mainly French-speaking) to tenders launched by International Financial Institutions (World Bank, EBRD, European Investment Bank, French Development Agency, etc.), and various public and private clients, as well as to Expressions of Interest (EOI).

The main activities will be as follows:

• Careful preparation of offers and expressions of interest for the Egis group in Africa, respecting the terms of reference, deadlines and instructions of internal technical managers.
• Analysis of tender documentation and preparation of requests for clarification as needed in consultation with stakeholders from the different Business Lines.
• Rigorous verification of the conformity of application files with the requirements of the funders and Egis internal procedures, guaranteeing the quality of the administrative file.
• Coordination with the ethics and compliance manager to ensure compliance with ethics and compliance aspects in responses to calls for tenders / AMI.
• Proactive coordination of offer production both internally and externally with Egis partners (co-contractors and subcontractors): managing the offer, organizing the various launch, progress and pre-offer submission meetings, drafting requests for clarification to clients and responding to any additional information).
• Ensure thorough monitoring of calls for tenders on dedicated platforms and their dissemination while coordinating internally the "GO / NO GO" decision-making for the launch of the preparation of the AO / AMI.
• Proofreading and translation of documents in accordance with the requirements of calls for tenders / AMI.
• Ensure the continuous updating of the CRM and follow-up reports.
