الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Customer Focused: to maintain and repair elevators based on customer order or service agreement.
- Annual inspections: to perform annual inspections of elevators, give technical support for notified bodies in their inspections.
- Technical support and field training: when required train and support the relevant members to perform daily maintenance and rescue operations in safe way.
- Spares and additional work promotion: to promote sales of additional spares and work during visits when communicating with responsible persons and after the visit by reporting and forwarding sales leads to relevant people in organization.
- Warranty jobs: to perform repairs claimed after equipment warranty.
- Modernization projects: work in the project installation for a time period.
- At least five 6 years experience in elevator industry.
- Mechanical or Electrical background or good understanding of elevator technical components.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work with MS office tools.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and work under rigid time constraints.
- Customer focus. This role requires traveling between sites.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Graduate Mechanical / Electrical Engineers with minimum 6+ years experience in Service / maintenance of Elevators. Experience in Service / maintenance of Otis, Hitachi, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Kone, ThyssenKrupp, Schindler Elevators preferred.
- The position purpose is to execute maintenance, repair and modernization delivery process by delivering service to Elevator customers.
