As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant specializing in ITOM, you will be involved in:

  • Implementation and optimization of IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules

  • Le d ploiement des modules cl s : Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping

  • ServiceNow integration with third-party infrastructure monitoring and management tools

  • Analyzing customer needs and proposing tailored solutions

  • Supporting clients in a nearshore context, through direct interaction

  • Consulting and continuous improvement of IT processes

Search profile

  • Bac+5 level education (engineering school or equivalent university degree)

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with ServiceNow

  • Expertise confirm e sur ITOM (IT Operations Management)

  • Experience in integration with third-party monitoring and infrastructure systems

  • Ability to work independently and interact directly with clients

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service

  • Good communication skills in French and English (written and oral)

  • CSA and CIS-ITOM certifications required

  • CIS-SM (Service Mapping) certification is highly desirable.
