As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant specializing in ITOM, you will be involved in:
Implementation and optimization of IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules
Le d ploiement des modules cl s : Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping
ServiceNow integration with third-party infrastructure monitoring and management tools
Analyzing customer needs and proposing tailored solutions
Supporting clients in a nearshore context, through direct interaction
Consulting and continuous improvement of IT processes

Search profile
Bac+5 level education (engineering school or equivalent university degree)
Minimum 4 years of experience with ServiceNow
Expertise confirm e sur ITOM (IT Operations Management)
Experience in integration with third-party monitoring and infrastructure systems
Ability to work independently and interact directly with clients
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service
Good communication skills in French and English (written and oral)
CSA and CIS-ITOM certifications required
CIS-SM (Service Mapping) certification is highly desirable.
