Job Purpose

GTA is seeking a talented and experienced SharePoint Web Developer to join our technology team. The selected candidate will be responsible for envisioning, developing, testing, and supporting the organization s SharePoint internal portal to accurately reflect GTA s goals, objectives, and identity.

The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, a strong commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to deliver high-quality SharePoint solutions aligned with GTA s vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Develop custom SharePoint solutions using CSOM, SSOM, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and other relevant technologies.

• Design, create, and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and web parts.

• Implement custom branding, UI enhancements, and responsive design within SharePoint portals.

• Customize SharePoint systems to meet organizational requirements by modifying existing features and developing new functionalities.

• Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard SharePoint data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

• Integrate SharePoint with enterprise systems and applications to enable seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

• Develop and deploy custom SharePoint apps and add-ins.

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to SharePoint environments.

• Manage SharePoint environments including site collections, permissions, and security configurations.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance and functionality.

Key Skills / Attributes Required

• Strong proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.

• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, .NET, C#, XML, and JSON.

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, InfoPath, and Microsoft Flow / Power Automate.

• Working knowledge of SQL Server, IIS, and Active Directory.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
