• To lead and coordinate the team's activities, ensuring the efficiency of the workflow and the completion of tasks within the given deadlines.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve team performance and productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quickly address any deviations.
• Collaborating with other departments to support input and output planning and material flow.
• Implement and enforce safety rules, promoting a safety culture in the workplace.
• participate in the management and maintenance of the technical equipment used for handling materials
