Your Responsibilities

• Provide information about products or services when needed.
• Coordinate the front office desk and handle the customer and their queries walk in or via telephone
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry through CRM
• Maintain front desk and reception area cleanliness and presentation
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and attended to
