الأدوار والمسؤوليات
1. Showroom Operations & Brand Standards
- Oversee daily showroom operations ensuring alignment with Haval, Tank, and Poer brand standards.
- Maintain proper vehicle display, branding materials, and promotional campaigns as per OEM guidelines.
- Ensure demo vehicles are properly maintained and ready for test drives.
- Coordinate with marketing for showroom campaigns, launch events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor stock availability in coordination with inventory and logistics teams.
2. Sales Performance & Target Achievement
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets across SUV (Haval & Tank) and pickup (Poer) segments.
- Monitor daily sales funnel performance (leads, test drives, bookings, deliveries).
- Ensure strong retail conversion rates and support fleet sales opportunities when required.
- Support sales advisors in closing deals, negotiations, and financing discussions.
- Ensure achievement of gross profit targets per unit.
3. Customer Experience & CSI Management
- Ensure delivery of premium showroom experience aligned with global OEM expectations.
- Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Handle escalated customer complaints effectively and professionally.
- Ensure proper vehicle handover process and customer follow-up.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Coach and develop Sales Advisors on product knowledge (Haval, Tank, Poer features & USPs).
- Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings.
- Ensure continuous training on new model launches and competitor positioning.
- Monitor commission calculations and performance incentives in coordination with HR.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with finance & insurance teams to ensure smooth deal processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and OEM operational standards.
- Provide market feedback regarding competitor activities and pricing trends.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
- 5 8 years automotive sales experience.
- Minimum 2 3 years in supervisory role within dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of SUV and pickup vehicle market in Saudi Arabia.
