Site Engineer ( Interior Fitout Industry) Belhasa Interior Design

We are looking for a Site Engineer who is responsible for managing and supervising interior fit-out works at site. The roles ensures that all works are completed as per drawings, quality standards, safety rules, and project timelines with out any delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior fit-out activities such as gypsum, ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, joinery, and finishing works.

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and labor on site.

• Monitor work progress and report daily activities to the Project Manager.

• Coordinate with design, MEP, and quantity survey teams for smooth workflow.

• Identify drawing issues or site problems and report for clarification.

• Ensure all work meets required quality standards and project specifications.

• Maintain proper finishing standards as per interior fit-out requirements.

• Request materials as per project schedule.

• Check delivery of materials and ensure correct quantity and quality.

• Coordinate with stores and procurement teams to avoid material delays.

• Ensure safety rules and site safety procedures are always followed.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and inspectors during site visits.

• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site-related issues.

• Ensure client comments are implemented correctly and on time.

• Support the Project Manager in preparing work schedules and daily plans.

• Assist in handing over completed works.
