Prepare and submit shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals in accordance with project requirements by Revit And Cad
- Coordinate between the technical office and site teams to ensure accurate implementation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing.
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documents to support site execution.
- Monitor site progress, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and solutions to site issues, collaborating with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify proper installation of mechanical systems.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including progress reports, RFIs, and change orders.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of mechanical materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability on site.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on technical office activities and site coordination.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and client specifications throughout all project phases.

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role within electromechanical contracting, preferably in industrial projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
- Proven experience with HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration between site and office teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.
