SAP & IMOS Implementation Support SME

• Support the integration of SAP with operational systems, particularly IMOS and Orion
• Ensure accurate data flow and connectivity between systems
• Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT teams
• Investigate and resolve system and integration issues
• Review and optimise business workflows across multiple platforms
• Support ERP implementation and system migration activities
• Resolve data mapping and integration challenges between systems
• Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and other testing phases
• Ensure operational data flows correctly into financial systems and reporting tools
• Assist with cutover planning and system go-live activities
• Support post-go-live hypercare and issue resolution
• Maintain process documentation, system documentation, and operating procedures
• Support training and adoption of new system workflows across the organisation

Finance & Reporting Support

• Work with finance teams during monthly close processes
• Support reconciliation of data between operational systems and SAP
• Assist with financial reporting improvements and dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy during system transition periods

Requirements

• Experience working with ERP platforms, ideally SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with shipping or maritime operational systems, ideally IMOS
• Understanding of system integrations and operational-to-financial data flows
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or transformation programmes
• Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting testing, system integration, and go-live activities

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with shipping, logistics, or maritime organisations
• Exposure to API integrations and data mapping between systems
• Experience supporting ERP transformation or digital transformation programmes
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI
