Supervise and monitor several QC Inspectors at the project.

Prepare and Implement Project Quality Plan.

Prepare Quality Procedures aligned with client specifications and standards.

Prepare Inspection and Test Plan.

Prepare Review QC Inspection Reports.

Interpret construction and technical drawings.

Communicate engineering/technical/quality requirement to the team.

Verify that incoming materials meet the requirement.

Acts as an internal independent party for the verification of quality welds and ensure that incoming materials meet with specifications.

Perform Inspection at shop and field worksites.

Manage subcontractors works according to the approved procedures and ITP.

Liaise with NDT contractors for both shop and field NDT activities.

Oversee the galvanizing, insulation and painting activities for the project scope.

Liaise with subcontractors, third-party inspector for all the inspection and reports.

Follow-up on corrective action of non-conforming products.

Prepare and compile inspection reports, non-conformance reports and other quality control.

Implement and monitor proper storage, handling and usage of equipment.

Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports as per the KPI and project requirements.

Prepare and Review test packages.

Attend internal and client meetings. Generate QA/QC minutes of meeting.

Manage Non-Conformances (if any) and ensure closure of the finding.

Maintain records for Lesson Learned.

Coordinate with vendors on inspection activities for the materials procured for the project as per the approved ITP.

Participate and Coordinate any Internal Audits, Client Audits and External Audits.
