What you ll do

• Own the social calendar. Plan, post, and optimise content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media channels. Keep our feeds fresh, consistent, and on-brand, experiment with new formats, and use insights to guide what s next.
• Create content that connects. Concept, shoot, and edit social-first content that blends creativity with style, capturing the Privilee s world through a lifestyle lens. You ll be out across the city bringing ideas to life to help inspire our members.
• Spot the next big thing. Stay on top of trends, new platform features, and cultural moments, translating them into ideas that fit our brand, not just the algorithm.
• Lead the Singapore Privilee Ambassador Club. Identify the right influencers / content creators for our brand and manage relationships from outreach and collaborations to content capture and events. Track performance to ensure our creator network stays authentic, inspiring, and impactful.
• Collaborate across teams. Work in synergy with copywriters, designers, and marketing leads to ensure every piece of content feels consistent, elevated, and unmistakably Privilee.
• Tell press about Privilee. From building relationships with editors to shaping stories that make headlines, you ll spot opportunities, drive brand moments, and make sure Privilee shows up.
• Track, test, and evolve. Use data and insights to refine what content is working and push the boundaries of what s next.

Who you are

• Social native storyteller. Lives and breathes social. You see ideas everywhere and love turning them into content.
• Know what is hot. You get what s trending in Singapore, but you also know how to make it feel Privilee.
• Hands-on. You re confident behind the camera, coordinating shoots to get the job done but still representing the Privilee brand. If you re comfortable in front of the camera too, even better!
• Organised & proactive. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to turn ideas into execution.
• Collaborative. Love working with a team and know how to bring creative minds together.
• Curious & bold. Not afraid to try something new, experiment, and push creative boundaries.
• Self-starter - you ll be our first marketing hire on-the-ground in Singapore so we re looking for someone confident, proactive and with plenty of energy.

What you bring

• 4-6 years experience in social media, content creation, or influencer marketing ideally in lifestyle, wellness, or hospitality.
• A proven eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and short-form content that performs.
• Strong shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar).
• Experience running creator programs and managing influencer collaborations.
• Deep understanding of platform trends, analytics, and best practices.
• Based in Singapore and ready to get out there, at gyms, resorts, or events to create content that captures real life.
