Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Social Media Executive to support our Social Media Manager in executing impactful social media campaigns and growing our online presence. This in-person role requires strong skills in content creation, platform engagement, and analytics understanding. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends and has a flair for storytelling and community interaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Social Media Manager in implementing social media strategies and daily content calendars.
• Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor, manage, and respond to community engagement across all platforms.
• Analyze post and campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to guide optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on platform trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates to ensure timely and relevant content.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver cohesive and high-performing content.
• Maintain brand tone and messaging consistency across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2 years) managing or assisting with brand social media accounts.
• Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, engagement techniques, and community management.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Must be based in Beirut, Lebanon, and available for full-time, onsite work Monday through Friday.
