- Define and implement the company's social media strategy.
- Manage and engage with social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and plan engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels).
- Develop a monthly editorial calendar.
- Develop the community and increase engagement.
- Responding to messages and comments (community management).
- Launch and manage sponsored campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Analyze performance (KPIs: reach, engagement, conversions).
- To monitor the competition and follow digital trends.
- Training in digital marketing, communication or equivalent.
- Experience in social media management (minimum 1-3 years).
- Proficiency in creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
- Knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent writing skills (French and Arabic).
