الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actio
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company s social conten
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

2-4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data for performance improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, online work environment.
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with web-hosting, SaaS, or IT industry trends is a plus.
