The Social Media/Website Manager at Palace Group plays a key role in shaping and managing the company’s digital presence. This includes developing and implementing social media strategies, overseeing the website, producing high-quality content, and fostering engagement with a global audience. The role is focused on building and maintaining Palace Group’s online reputation while elevating the brand’s visibility in the luxury real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Understanding and Strategy
- Immerse in the brand’s ethos to ensure all social media strategies align with its core values, legacy, and luxury positioning.
- Develop and implement innovative, aspirational social media strategies that reinforce the brand’s prestige and leadership.
- Ensure all social media messaging and visuals maintain the brand’s high standards of excellence.
Website Management
- Oversee and manage the design, content, and functionality of the Palace Group websites.
- Ensure the website effectively reflects the company’s luxury brand image and showcases projects in a visually appealing manner.
- Optimize the website to attract and engage high-net-worth individuals and potential investors.
- Regularly update content, including project portfolios, blogs, and new sections to keep the site dynamic and engaging.
Content Oversight
- Audit and refine all copywriting for social platforms to ensure it captures the brand’s voice and engages its target audience.
- Oversee the creation of social media content, including posts, stories, and campaigns, that highlight the brand’s exclusivity and legacy.
- Ensure cohesive storytelling across platforms that reflects the brand’s sophistication and unique value.
Social Media Management
- Conduct regular audits of social media platforms to assess their performance, consistency, and alignment with the brand’s identity.
- Develop and execute strategies to elevate the company’s social media presence, ensuring it captivates the target audience and sets industry benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the agency to produce high-quality, visually stunning content that resonates with the brand’s clientele.
Agency Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies managing social media content and campaigns.
- Approve all agency-produced social media content to ensure alignment with the brand’s voice and standards.
- Maximize agency potential to enhance the company’s social media presence effectively.
Digital Innovation
- Identify and implement creative trends and tools to enhance the brand’s social media strategy and ensure it remains cutting-edge.
- Leverage data insights to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
- Ensure the company’s digital presence is aspirational, innovative, stands out and reflective of its positioning.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track KPIs for content and brand awareness campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and propose strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
· Experience:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the luxury real estate sector.
- Proven expertise in managing social media strategies, campaigns, and content creation for digital platforms.
· Skills:
- Strong proficiency with the latest social media management tools and platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
- Experience in coordinating with PR agencies to enhance brand visibility and manage media relations.
- Strong content creation skills, including photography, graphic design, or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
