Housekeeping Operations

• Perform daily cleaning tasks as per assigned scope of work.

• Maintain buildings and assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition.

• Ensure cleanliness before, during, and after completing assigned tasks.

• Maintain hygiene standards across work areas.

• Carry out laundry-related duties as assigned.

Waste Management

• Monitor waste collection and ensure proper segregation of waste materials.

• Dispose of waste in line with organizational and environmental guidelines.

Equipment & Materials Handling

• Use housekeeping equipment and portable tools safely.

• Maintain cleaning materials in an orderly condition.

• Return all tools and materials after task completion.

• Report faulty machines, equipment, or unsafe conditions to the Team Leader.

Safety & Compliance (HSE)

• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.

• Use cleaning chemicals as per MSDS guidelines.

• Take responsibility for personal and workplace safety.

• Report hazards, damages, or unsafe situations immediately.

Communication & Customer Interaction

• Communicate politely and professionally with customers/tenants.

• Understand and follow instructions from supervisors.

• Respond to work requests and service needs appropriately.

Time Management & Reporting

• Complete housekeeping tasks within assigned time standards.

• Inform the supervisor if additional resources or time are required.

• Maintain daily records of activities performed.

Personal Conduct & Presentation

• Wear clean and proper uniform at all times.

• Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance.

• Uphold company image and service standards.
