Software Technical Architect Lead / CTO Track

What You ll Do

• Design the full system architecture (backend, APIs, cloud, mobile support)
• Choose and own the technology stack
• Build core backend services and APIs
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability from day one
• Set up cloud infrastructure and CI/CD
• Work closely with product & UX
• Prepare the platform for AI, lab, and wearable integrations
• Hire and mentor future engineers

What We re Looking For

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Proven experience building a digital platform from scratch
• Strong backend expertise (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go)
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• API-first architecture mindset
• Comfortable writing production code
• Startup mentality and ownership mindset
• Data engineering or AI integration experience
• Health-tech, fintech, or regulated industry exposure (preferred)
• Mobile app experience (React Native / Flutter) (preferred)
• Previous founding engineer or startup experience (preferred)

What This Role Is NOT

• Not an IT Director role
• Not a vendor-management role
• Not a pure people-management role
• Not a system-integrator position
