Solutions Architect AI Infrastructure & Private Cloud

We are seeking a Solutions Architect AI Infrastructure & Private Cloud with deep expertise in designing, building, and operating hybrid IT environments spanning on-premises data centers and cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural capabilities across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, and automation, with hands-on experience in integrating and modernizing enterprise infrastructure. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills to drive scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions.

You will collaborate with Cross-Functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to define end-to-end hybrid cloud architectures, establish best practices, and lead transformation initiatives.

How you ll make your mark:

• Design and implement hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-premises infrastructure with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Define and own end-to-end infrastructure architecture across compute, storage, network, security, and platform layers.
• Develop reference architectures, blueprints, and reusable design patterns for hybrid and multi-cloud deployments.
• Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives, including:
  • Data center transformation
  • Cloud migration and workload re-platforming
  • Hybrid connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, etc.)
• Architect and implement high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Establish governance, standards, and guardrails for infrastructure provisioning, security, and compliance.
• Drive infrastructure automation and orchestration using IaC and configuration management tools.
• Design secure network architectures, including segmentation, zero-trust models, and hybrid connectivity.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to align infrastructure with application requirements.
• Provide leadership in capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost management.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and customer workshops.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide architectural guidance.

About you:

Architecture & Infrastructure

• Strong experience in end-to-end infrastructure architecture design (on-prem + cloud).
• Deep understanding of:
  • Compute (VMware, KVM, Bare Metal)
  • Storage (SAN, NAS, Object Storage)
  • Networking (L2/L3, SDN, load balancing, firewalls)
• Experience designing hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments.

Cloud Platforms

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience with: cloud networking, identity & access management, native cloud services

Automation & IaC

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools:
• Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Experience automating infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming: Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go

Containers & Platforms

• Solid understanding of: Kubernetes and container orchestration / Docker and container lifecycle
• Experience integrating Kubernetes in hybrid environments.

Networking & Security

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Hybrid connectivity (VPN, MPLS, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute)
  • Network security and segmentation
  • Zero Trust Architecture principles

Operations & Reliability

• Experience with monitoring & observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and backup, DR, and failover strategies
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Leadership

• Proven experience leading solution design and technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and technical presentations.

Desired Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud governance and cost optimization frameworks.
• Knowledge of Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) technologies.
• Experience with edge computing or distributed infrastructure.
• Familiarity with FinOps practices.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar).
• Understanding of DevSecOps integration into infrastructure lifecycle.
