Responsibilities:

Warmly greet guests upon arrival and provide a high level of personalized service.

Manage spa bookings and schedules, ensuring span>accurate and efficient appointment coordination.

Handle guest inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing detailed information about treatments, services, and products.

Process payments and maintain span>accurate billing and transaction records.

Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth guest flow and span>timely service delivery.

Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the reception area to reflect luxury standards.

Promote spa services and retail products, supporting sales targets and guest satisfaction.

Comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures

Introduce guests to spa services practitioners (massage therapists and fitness instructors, etc.)

Ensure Golden is used at the reception and all relevant guest details are given to the Therapist
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

2-4 years of experience in a similar position with a luxury hotel or resort
