Special Needs Teacher (Homeroom)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Special Needs Teacher to support our students with diverse learning needs. The successful candidate will work closely with students, families, and staff to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and ensure every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential in a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and revise students IEPs in collaboration with parents and specialists.
• Plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual learning goals and academic needs.
• Regularly assess and track student progress; maintain detailed documentation.
• Communicate consistently with parents regarding student development.
• Adapt and differentiate the school curriculum in collaboration with the Curriculum Coordinator.
• Contribute to school meetings, events, and professional development activities.
• Promote inclusive practices and a positive learning environment.
• Maintain a well-managed, resource-rich classroom that supports student success.
