We are looking for a talented Specialist, Sr. Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join us. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to onboarding, to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic input on sourcing approaches and market insights.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to support proactive hiring.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to strengthen employer branding.
  • Utilize recruitment data and metrics to provide insights, track performance, and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, People Partners, Shared Services) to ensure smooth and compliant hiring processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Guide and support hiring managers through recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with policies and best practices.
  • Learning & Development
  • Identify skill gaps in partnership with managers and support implementation of training solutions.
  • Coordinate participation in learning programs and monitor training effectiveness.
  • HR Reporting & Systems
  • Maintain accurate data on HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Generate HR metrics and dashboards related to hiring, turnover, engagement, and learning.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist or partnership roles.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, matrixed, or regional structure is a plus.

Skills:

  • HR Expertise: Talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR systems
  • Relationship Building: Builds trust with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to partner with business stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating change and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer Focus: Advocates for an inclusive and engaging employee and candidate experience
  • Strategic Mindset: Aligns people practices with broader business goals and long-term growth
  • Experience in building and managing talent pipelines across multiple functions.
  • Familiarity with HR systems is an advantage
