Age 22 to 26 yrs having approx. 1-4 years of experience in the Automotive Industry ( Only Unmarried people who can travel to Ras Al Khaimah/near Dubai for 2 yrs with age up to max 27 yrs cam apply )

BE /B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical )

Conceptual thinking

Good team player capability of influencing people

Good communication skill

Positive attitude with drive to work and motivate team members.

Job Description

Responsible for Erection & Commissioning of the machines.

Responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenance of utilities, hydraulics & pneumatic pumps on the floor.

Responsible for preparing and maintaining the annual preventive maintenance schedule and predictive maintenance schedule.

To ensure systematic and proper running of equipments for full targeted output.

Responsible for maintaining safety standards in Utility area.

Handling and maintain the ISO/TS documents .

Implementation of 6s activities on the production floor.

Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.

Analysis of various break down and find out root cause for same helping in reducing breakdown time.

Should have knowledge of Kanban, JIT, Poka Yoke, QS-9000, TS 16949, TPM etc.

• F2f rounds will happen in Noida office
