Sr. Product Development Executive JALEEL HOLDINGS LLC

Role Summary:  Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and launching new private label and wholesale-driven product lines tailored to the needs of bulk buyers and B2B customers.

Product Strategy & Innovation Identify new product opportunities based on customer demand, market trends, and competitor benchmarking in the B2B wholesale space. Develop and enhance private label SKUs and exclusive products under the Jaleel brand portfolio. Support strategic expansion into high-demand product categories for traders, retailers, and Horeca clients.  

Product Development & Lifecycle Management Drive end-to-end product development — from concept, sourcing, and sampling to packaging and launch. Collaborate with procurement, quality, logistics, and marketing teams for smooth go-to-market execution. Monitor product performance (sales, margins, customer feedback) and propose improvements or phase-outs.  

Product Specifications & Documentation   Preparing detailed product specifications and technical sheets. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and label requirements. Updating product data sheets as per the latest formulations or regulation changes.  

Costing & Commercial Evaluation   Preparing cost sheets for all new product concepts.
Liaising with procurement for raw material cost updates. Analyzing feasibility of products in line with target pricing.

Supplier & Vendor Coordination
Communicating product requirements and changes to vendors.
Following up samples, MOQs, and lead times.
Evaluating new suppliers for potential projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the sales teams to collect on-ground feedback and identify gaps.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability and proper inventory planning.
